Some deployments run across more than one business, or need something none of these describe. Those get sized from scratch, against your own work rather than into a package.
Seats are not the unit. Give the whole company Kollig on the first day and nothing accrues until somebody puts it to work.
One capacity for the business, agreed up front, rather than a headcount or a rate per question.
A heavier model does more per question and draws more of that capacity. You choose where it is worth spending, team by team.
Consumption by department and by individual user. You always know what AI is costing you, and where.
Thresholds that work like corporate-card controls. Usage never runs past the limits you define.
Kollig warns you before you approach a cap. No surprise bills, no end-of-month reckoning.
No. There is no counter that stops you connecting another system or building another Automation. What changes between levels is the capacity you have committed to, how far into the business it reaches, and the governance around it. We size the level against the work you describe, and if the shape of that work turns out to be different, we move the level rather than block the work.
You are not locked to it. The levels are commitment sizes, and the whole point of watching real consumption from the first week is that both of us can see well before a renewal whether the one you picked was right. Moving up is a conversation, not a migration.
They cannot exceed the caps you set. Kollig checks the ceiling before it spends, per user and per business unit, and alerts you well before a threshold rather than after it.
No. Access is free to grant. Cost only accrues when Kollig actually does work, so a company-wide rollout costs nothing until the work starts.
You do not have to guess it alone. We size it with you against the work you are actually trying to move, and you can watch real consumption against that level from the first week rather than waiting for a renewal to find out.
