Real answers, grounded in your business.
Ask a question and Kollig does the legwork. It finds the right records across your connected systems, works through them, and gives you an answer grounded in the business.
Thought Process
Margin is down 3.1 points, and it is two accounts
62.4% quarter to date, down 3.1 points from Q2. Almost all of the drop sits in two delivery accounts where scope grew after the SOW was signed. One of them moved again this morning.
I drafted a margin walk with the quarter to date, the two accounts and where the scope went.
Your systems. Already connected.
Kollig reads the systems your teams already work in, from the CRM and the data warehouse to the ones only one team uses.
- Meetings
- Recordings and transcripts
- Email and Calendar
- Messages, threads, events
- Documents and Drives
- Documents, pages, folders
- Customer and Revenue
- CRM, accounts, opportunities
- Tickets and Issues
- Tickets, comments, worklogs
- Business Data
- ERP, databases, data warehouses
And many more. If your team works in it and it has an API, it can be a connector. Your admin approves each source, and can scope each system to the teams that need it.
Ask about a systemTeach Kollig once. The whole company gets it.
One thing your company knows, written down by the person who knows it, in a browser, in natural language. No code, and no ticket.
Any Skill or knowledge, written down
A Skill is any know-how you can describe in natural language: a technique, a standard, the way your team handles something. Kollig does that work better, and the same way every time.
Anyone can write a Skill
Written by whoever knows the work. An admin can publish one company-wide, or promote one a user already wrote. Good practice spreads instead of staying with one person.
Ask for one, or let Kollig choose
Name the Skill you want and Kollig uses it. Say nothing and it picks the ones that make the answer better, out of everything your company has written down.
Combine Skills, connectors, and custom instructions to build an Agent.
Your company's Kollig
Kollig, shaped to the way your company works: your Skills, your systems, your instructions. As narrow as one recurring task, or as broad as everything a team does.
Anyone can build an Agent
The people who do the work build it in a browser: pick the Skills, point it at the systems, write the rest in natural language. No code, no ticket.
Change the model whenever you need
Something fast where the work runs thousands of times a day, the strongest model where code and schema work earn it. Change it for the company, a team, or one Agent.
Kollig gets smarter the longer you use it.
Most AI starts every conversation from nothing. Enroll a calendar once and every call your team has after it is transcribed and searchable, in your own tenant, without anyone lifting a finger for it.
Ask about a call weeks later and the answer comes from the transcript, not from whoever remembered to take notes.
Add a handbook or a process doc and it is indexed inside your own tenant, never into a model that anyone else can reach.
Automation without the IT ticket.
No code
Anyone on the team can describe a job in a sentence and have it running in minutes.
Recommended for you
Kollig proposes what to automate based on the work it watches your team repeat.
Always governed
Every scheduled run happens inside the same permissions as a live question, and lands in the same run history.
You don’t configure Kollig. It configures itself.
A structured conversation with the people who run the work. No forms.
Handbooks, process docs, closed deals and tickets, one approved connection at a time.
Where two teams describe one process differently, leadership decides.
Agents, Skills and access rules built from the answers, editable from day one.
FAQ
Is reading everything live slower than a search index?
Slightly, and deliberately. Kollig fetches from several systems at once and starts answering before the last of them is back, against the twenty minutes it takes to open those systems yourself. An index would come back faster and would be answering from last night.
Is our data stored or used for training?
The business records read to answer a question are used to compose that answer and are not copied into an index of ours. Nothing is used to train a model, ours or anyone else’s. What you deliberately add, a knowledge base or a captured meeting, is indexed inside your own tenant and you can delete it.
What if a model provider raises prices or changes terms?
You change a setting. Your connectors, Agents, Skills, permissions and audit history belong to Kollig, not to the provider, so none of them move. The model becomes a line item you can re-tender.
How long until we see value?
The first connection takes about thirty minutes with your admin in the room. Usefulness tracks how much Kollig has read, which is why the interview and the document pass come first rather than last.
Couldn’t we build this ourselves with API access?
You could build the chat box in a week. The rest of it is per-user permission scoping across every connector, the audit trail, the spend controls, the model abstraction and keeping all of it working as two dozen vendors change their APIs underneath you.
